Best Paper Award 2024: Review of Public Personnel Administration

The mindfulness evaluation work with the College of Policing (led by Helen Fitzhugh and including Kevin Daniels, Sara Connolly, and Ebere Nasamu) has been awarded the 2024 Best Paper by Review of Public Personnel Administration. A nice piece of applied work that translated a small organisational intervention into measurable gains in wellbeing and operational performance.
